How do I get notifications for a ticket?

If you are the person who submitted the request, you will automatically get notifications and will not need to do anything else.  If someone has shared a ticket with you and you would like to receive updates when work is completed on that ticket follow the instructions below to get automatic notifications.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Navigate to the ticket that was shared with you.
  2. Once you get to the ticket that was shared with you, click on the link that is labeled Get notifications.

We've tried to configure the notifications to be as minimal as possible while still communicating important updates to users.  We have requests for suggested improvements so if you believe you are getting too many or too few notifications, please submit and/or vote for a ticket related to this and we will work on determining how we can further tune the configurations to make this system work the best for as many users as possible.
