Understanding the Data Quality Dashboard
When accessing the Data Quality dashboard, the Filter Data for School Year defaults to the current year and the upcoming school year.
The upcoming school year is included in the data quality dashboard because schools begin entering data for the next year during the current school year. For example, students are rolled forward to the next school year starting in January of the current school year. Once that roll forward occurs, schools begin working on enrollments, courses, teachers, schedules, etc. Including the future year as a default year will ensure issues are available for review as early as possible.
To remove a school year, simply click on the 
next to that year. To view a complete list of school years available for selection, select Filter Data, School Year, and select desired years. When you click off of the filter area, the data will refresh.
